Alexii is a New York City and Philadelphia-based interior designer who takes pride in her ability to transform spaces that uniquely reflect her client’s needs and lifestyle.

Her passion for interior design began at a young age when she would constantly re-arrange furniture in her family home, repaint walls without permission, and force her mother to purchase new pieces to better complement a room. Her innate love for art, objects, furniture, and architecture created a natural path towards the interior design industry.

Alexii holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design from Moore College of art And Design. She has over 17 years of experience in high-end residential design, working with prestigious firms in New York City before founding Studio Friedman in 2019.

Alexii’s detail-oriented, client-focused approach makes her flexible and fun to work with. She is always striving for the perfect balance of form and function and believes a collaborative team is the most important factor to a successful project.

Outside of design, Alexii enjoys spending time with her family, including her two sons and artist husband.

Elisa embarked on a transition from Italy to the US in 2014, and brought with her a reservoir of Italian design influences that shape and inspire her creative endeavors. Infused with the timeless elegance, sophistication, and artistry that characterize Italian design, Elisa’s approach seamlessly merges the allure of European aesthetics with the unique essence of American sensibilities. This fusion of cultural perspectives fuels her to create captivating spaces that embody the spirit of international design, offering a blend of old-world charm and contemporary innovation.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design from Moore College of Art and Design.

With extensive experience in the field of high-end furniture making, Elisa previously served as a creative director for a luxury chair manufacturer where she gained a deep understanding of the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into creating exquisite furniture pieces.

When not designing, Elisa enjoys time with her husband and dog Lola. However, one of her greatest delights is organizing and hosting themed dinner parties and gatherings of friends.

Karen is passionate about the business of interiors, cultivating vendor relationships, and ensuring a complicated process is running smoothly in front and behind the scenes. With her innate ability to bring cheer to everything she does, Karen’s enthusiasm makes her a favorite in the office and with clients.

Karen oversees coordination and financial aspects of each project. She is meticulous at ensuring Studio Friedman projects are completed on time and within budget.

Karen has over 20 years of experience working with designers across the tri-state area, which is where she honed her skills of being detail oriented and precise.

When Karen isn’t balancing a spreadsheet or tracking design orders, she can be found enjoying her three boys, loving husband, and her two Saint Berdoodles.
